Espacio Ciencia: Uruguay’s first meeting of science communicators was held
On March 18, more than 35 science communicators from different institutions took part in this event organized by Espacio Ciencia.
The activity brought together representatives from multiple organizations with the aim of sharing experiences and collaborating to consolidate and expand the country’s science communication ecosystem, addressing the need to bring science closer to increasingly diverse audiences.
Throughout the day, the event provided a space to connect, share lessons learned, exchange resources, and identify opportunities for cooperation that can help amplify the impact of science on society.
With this gathering as a starting point, the goal will be to design collaborative working initiatives and strengthen the connection among communicators from different organizations.
