The Technology Park was created as a response to the country’s need to have specific centers of reference to pursue LATU’s mission and objectives. Furthermore, the Park is fully committed to contribute to the generation of technology-based knowledge in multidisciplinary areas, adopting innovation, technology-transfer management and promotion components.

LATU’s mission is to support the country’s production and technology chains by establishing links between the centers of knowledge, the business and production meshes and society. LATU facilitates the installation of high-value companies and offers an enabling environment that allows for an adequate synergy for the development and the dissemination of technological externalities.
